25吡唑醚菌酯水分散粒剂挤压造粒配方研究

摘要

With the screening of wetting agent, dispersing agent, disintegration agent, filler and other components, the optimal formula of pyraclostrobin 25% water dispersible by extrusion granulation technology was gained. The formula was pyraclostrobin 25%, SXC 3%, 2020 3%, 3% D908, defoaming agent 0.5%, soluble corn starch 20%, light calcium carbonate making up to 100%. The result showed that all the terms meet the criterion for water dispersible granule.%通过对不同类型的润湿剂、分散剂、崩解剂、填料等组分的筛选和研究，确定了挤压造粒工艺的25%吡唑醚菌酯水分散粒剂最佳配方。该配方组成为：吡唑醚菌酯25%，SXC3%，20203%，D9083%，消泡剂0.5%，可溶性玉米淀粉20%，轻质碳酸钙补足至100%。该制剂分析试验表明，产品各项指标符合水分散粒剂的要求。
