目的探讨妊娠期糖尿病的治疗对母体及围产儿预后的影响分析，方法选取我科收治的妊娠期糖尿病患者80例进行分析讨论，随机分为对照组与观察组，对照组患者未实施治疗，观察组患者实施有效的治疗措施，比较两组患者妊娠期合并高血压、羊水过多、感染、以及剖宫产率的患者，围产儿病理性黄疸、早产儿、低血糖以及胎儿宫内窘迫症的情况。结果观察组患者在接受治疗后母体发生妊娠合并高血压、羊水过多、感染以及剖宫产率的患者明显低于对照组，经比较具有显著差异（P ＜0.05）；观察组围产儿出现病理性黄疸、早产儿、低血糖以及胎儿宫内窘迫症的情况明显低于对照组，经比较具有显著差异（P ＜0.05）。结论对于妊娠期糖尿病的很惨付必须经过有效的治疗，能够明显的降低孕妇母体治病的危险，提高围产儿的存活率以及生活质量。%Objective Method analysis, effects of treatment of gestational diabetes mellitus on the maternal and perinatal prognosis in our department were analyzed in 80 cases of patients with gestational diabetes mellitus were discussed, were randomly divided into control group and observation group, control group patients without treatment, the observation group patients, the implementation of effective treatment measures, comparison of two patients with pregnancy amniotic fluid with hypertension, excessive, infection, and the rate of cesarean section, perinatal jaundice in premature infants, hypoglycemia, and fetal distress. Results the patients in the observation group parent after receiving treatment, incidence of pregnancy hypertension, polyhydramnios, infection and patients of cesarean section rate was significantly lower than the control group, by comparison with significant difference (P < 0.05); observation group of perinatal pathological jaundice, premature, low blood sugar and fetal distress situation obviously lower than the control group, by comparison with significant difference (P < 0.05). Conclusion for gestational diabetes mellitus miserably paid must be effective treatment, can significantly reduce the medical risk pregnant mothers, improve the survival rate of perinatal and the quality of life.
