38例成釉细胞瘤临床手术治疗分析

摘要

目的探讨成釉细胞瘤手术治疗的方法及术后并发症的处理技巧。方法回顾自2007年5月至2011年7月收治的38例造釉细胞瘤，患者通过临床表现、X 线表现、术前或术后的病理检查、手术治疗、术后的回访。结果38例患者行颌骨肿瘤切除，其中17例患者行颌骨重建，4例赝复体修复上颌骨的缺损,效果良好。结论扩大切除、沿病变边缘仔细操作，同时尽可能保留颌骨的结构并重建其连续性是手术治疗效果的关键。%Objective to explore the clinical way for patient sufering from ameloblastoma and operative technique、preventing complication .Method; review 37 patients with ameloblastoma from 2007、05 to 2011、07 undergoing mandibuectomy through clinical performance 、X- ray 、biopsy、operation and half year to one year follow –up .resuall the patients receive operation for maxillaectomy and mandibuectomy ,a part(17 cases) of them receive mandibular reconstruction , effect is satisfactory. conclusion; enlarge remove the tumor carefully along the border ,remain the constrcture of mandible is most important .
