19例慢性结核性脓胸外科治疗分析与护理体会

摘要

Objective To study the surgical treatment of chronic tuberculous empyema and nursing experience. Methods:19 patients in our department of chronic tuberculous empyema were discussed, this group of patients taking decortication, for patients in operation before the implementation of sufficient preparation and psychological nursing, postoperative close observation, nursing intervention measures, prevent complications, improve the clinical treatment basis effective. Results: in this group of patients after surgical treatment and nursing care in the treatment of late the marked effective rate was 84.2%, effective rate was 15.7%, no efficiency is 0%. Conclusion: for patients with chronic tuberculous empyema in surgical decortication treatment is one of the most effective means, at the same time operation treatment and effective preoperative nursing and postoperative observation and nursing intervention, can significantly improve clinical therapeutic effect, speed up the recovery, improve the clinical cure rate, to reduce the occurrence of postoperative complications, and the patient satisfaction increased greatly.%　　目的探讨慢性结核性脓胸外科治疗分析与护理体会。方法选取我科慢性结核性脓胸的患者19例进行分析讨论，此组患者均采取胸膜剥脱术，针对患者于手术前实施充分的准备工作以及心理护理，术后进行严密的病情观察、护理干预措施、防止并发症的发生、提高有效的临床治疗依据。结果此组患者经外科治疗以及护理后期中治疗效果显效率为84.2%，有效率为15.7%，无效率为0%。结论对于慢性结核性脓胸的患者实施外科胸膜剥脱术治疗是最有效的手段之一，在手术治疗的同时配合有效术前护理干预以及术后病情观察及护理干预措施，能够明显的提高患者的临床治疗效果，加快康复速度，提高临床治愈率，减少并发症的发生，同时使患者满意度大幅度提高。
