目的：观察消痛颗粒治疗阳虚寒凝型头风病的临床疗效。方法将120例患者随机分为治疗与对照两组，每组60例。治疗组口服消痛颗粒(每次1包，每日2次，口服)，对照组口服盐酸氟桂利嗪胶囊(每次10mg，每晚1次，口服)。观察头痛治疗效果(头痛程度及持续时间的改变)，中医证候积分(中医证候学及疼痛减轻程度改变)。结果治疗组总有效率为95.00%，对照组为78.33%，两组比较，治疗组优于对照组( P＜0.05)。两组中医证候积分比较，治疗前后组内比较，治疗组证侯积分下降(P＜0.01)优于对照组(P＜0.05)；治疗后组间比较，治疗组优于对照组(P＜0.01)。结论自制消痛颗粒治疗阳虚寒凝型头风病，具有较好的临床疗效。%Objective to observe the clinical effect of Xiaotong Granule in the treatment of toufeng disease of Yang deficiency and cold coagulation syndrom.Methods120 patients were randomly divided into treatment and control group, 60 cases in each group. the treatment group patients were given oral Xiaotong Granule (1 packages each time, 2 times daily, orally), the control group patients were given oral flunarizine Hydrochloride capsules (10mg each time, 1 time every night, orally). then the therapeutic effect of headache (headache degree and change of the duration) and tcM syndrome score (change of tcM syndrome and the alleviating degree of pain) were observed.Results the total effective rate was 95% in treatment group, and 78.33% in the control group. compared with the two groups, the effect of the treatment group was superior to that of control group (P < 0.05). after comparison of two groups of tcM syndrome scores before and after treatment in the same group, the syndrome score in treatment group decreased (P < 0.01), which was superior to that of the control group (P < 0.05). By comparison of syndrome score after treatment between two groups, that in the treatment group was superior to that of control group (P < 0.01).Conclusions The self-made Xiaotong Granule in the treatment of Toufeng disease with Yang deifciency and cold coagulation syndrom, has good clinical efifcacy.
