急性心肌梗塞病人胸痛观察及74例护理体会

摘要

Objective to experience chest pain observation and nursing of acute myocardial infarction patients. Methods 74 cases of patients were chosen in our hospital from acute myocardial infarction were discussed, were randomly divided into control group and observation group, the control group of 37 patients with routine care, the observation group of 37 cases patients with effective nursing interventions, the two groups were observed and compared before and after the treatment of angina pectoris attack changed circumstances and the ecG, and compare. Results the observation group patients after effective treatment and nursing of patients recover close to normal value, compared with the control group with significant difference (P< 0.05) had statistical significance. Conclusion in the acute myocardial infarction patients undergoing treatment and effective nursing intervention, can enhance the therapeutic effect significantly, reduce the complications, and accelerate the cure rate, improve the quality of life of patients.%目的：探讨急性心肌梗塞病人的胸痛观察及护理体会。方法选取我科收治的急性心肌梗死的患者74例进行分析讨论，随机分为对照组与观察组，对照组37例患者实施常规的护理，观察组37例患者实施有效的护理干预措施，观察比较两组患者在治疗前后心绞痛发作情况以及心电图改变情况，并进行比较。结果观察组患者经过有效治疗和护理后患者的恢复接近正常值，与对照组进行比较具有显著差异（P ＜0.05)有统计学意义。结论对于急性心肌梗塞的病人实施有效的治疗及护理干预，能够明显的提高治疗效果，减少并发症的发生，并且加快患者治愈速度，提高患者的生活质量。
