数字化乳腺摄影在40岁以上妇女乳腺疾病检查中的价值

摘要

Objective To investigate the value of full ifeld digital mammography in women over the age of 40 breast disease census. Methods A retrospective analysis was performed on 645 cases of breast disease patients aged 40 years and over. Results 453 cases of breast hyperplasia, ifbroadenoma in 4 cases, and 1 case of lipoma, 1 cases of hamartoma, 3 cases of mammary cancer, simple calciifca-tion and structural disorder in 15 cases. Among them, 1 cases of moderate atypical hyperplasia. Conclusion All digital mammography is very important to women’s breast examination, and has important application value in the detection of breast diseases such as breast hyperplasia, breast benign tumor and early breast cancer.%目的：探讨全数字化乳腺摄影在40岁以上妇女乳腺疾病普查的应用价值。方法回顾性分析40岁以上645例乳腺疾病检查者的数字化乳腺X线表现。结果乳腺增生453例，纤维腺瘤4例，脂肪瘤1例，错构瘤1例，乳腺癌3例，单纯钙化及结构紊乱15例。其中1例中度不典型增生。结论采用全数字化乳腺X线摄影对妇女乳腺检查非常重要，对发现乳腺增生、乳腺良性肿瘤和早期乳腺癌等乳腺疾病具有重要的应用价值。
