探究注射用头孢孟多脂钠与注射用泮托拉唑钠之间存在的配伍禁忌

摘要

注射用头孢孟多酯钠为白色或类白色粉末，临床用于敏感细菌所致的肺部感染、尿路感染、胆道感染、皮肤软组织感染、骨和关节感染以及败血症、腹腔感染等。注射用泮托拉唑钠(国产)为白色疏松块状物，用于治疗十二指肠溃疡、胃溃疡，特别是用于溃疡伴出血、呕吐或不能进食以及严重外伤引起的应激性溃疡，在临床应用广泛。在多年的临床实践应用中发现上述两种药物存在配伍禁忌，同时使用时可导致患者出现不良反应，为了避免此类事件的发生，本文主要对两种药物的配伍禁忌进行深入研究。%Meng cephalosporin more ester sodium for injection is white or kind of white powder,used for clinical pulmonary infection,urinary tract infections caused by sensitive bacteria, infection of biliary tract infection,skin and soft tissue,bone and joint infections and sepsis,abdominal cavity infection, etc.sodium for injection panxi tora azole (domestic) as white loose blobs, used in the treatment of duodenal ulcer,gastric ulcer,especially for ulcers with bleeding,vomiting, or can’t eat and severe trauma caused by stress ulcer,widely used in clinical.after years of clinical practice application found in the above two drugs compatibility taboo,when used at the same time,can lead to adverse reactions to patients,in order to avoid the occurrence of such events,this article mainly the compatibility tabu in-depth study of the two drugs.
