38例大面积后烧伤残余创面的治疗措施

摘要

目的：探讨大面积烧伤后患者后期残余创面的治疗及处理措施。方法：选择我院2014年1月-2015年1月收治的38例大面积烧伤患者，根据烧伤后残余创面处理方法不同分为对照组和观察组，每组19例。对照组患者采取凡士林纱布换药，观察组患者在此基础上外涂百多邦处理，治疗1月后比较两组患者创面愈合情况。结果：观察组患者创面愈合情况、愈合时间均显著优于对照组，差异有统计学意义（p<0.05）。结论：针对大面积烧伤后残余创面的治疗可以先行盐水浴，并使用凡士林纱布换药外加百多邦软膏处理，不仅操作简单方便，且经济实惠，患者恢复情况较好，值得临床推广。%Objective: To investigate the treatment and treatment of residual wounds in the late stage of large area burn patients. Methods: 38 cases of large area burn patients treated in our hospital from January 2014 January to, cases of control group and observation group, 19 cases in each group. Control group patients were treated with vaseline gauze, observation group patients based on smeared Bactroban treatment, 1 month after treatment were compared between the two groups of patients the wound healing.Results: the wound healing and healing time of the observation group were significantly better than the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05). Conclusion: for after large area burn residual wound treatment can advance saline bath and use Vaseline gauze plus Bactroban ointment in the treatment, not only the operation is simple and convenient and affordable. The patient recovered well, is worth the clinical promotion.
