比较去离子水稀释法与高速离心法减少血脂对生化检测结果干扰的效果

摘要

Objective: To explore the effect of reducing blood lipid in biochemical test results by the method of dilution water dilution and high speed centrifugation.Methods: We used the (TAG) three acyl glycerol interference experiment to apply the matched dilute multiple of distilled water, and then treated with high speed centrifugation and de ionized water dilution method. To compare the effect of two groups on reducing blood lipid interference.Results: the difference between the results of P and Ca was significant (P < 0.05), with statistical significance. And other inspection items, no significant difference (P > 0.05), not statistically significant.Conclusion:the use of de ionized water dilution method can effectively reduce the blood lipids, and the results of biochemical tests, it is worthy of clinical application.%目的：探究去离子水稀释法与高速离心法减少血脂对生化检测结果干扰的效果。方法：我院采用（TAG）三酰甘油干扰实验应用相匹配的去离子水稀释倍数，然后再采用高速离心法和去离子水稀释法对血清进行处理。比较两组方法的减少血脂干扰的效果。结果：经去离子水稀释法与高速离心法处理后，Ca与P的结果之间的差异显著（P＜0.05），具有统计学意义。而其他检查项目，未有显著差异（P>0.05），不具有统计学意义。结论：采用去离子水稀释法能有效减少血脂，精确生化检查的结果，值得临床应用。
