目的：对比分析小切口皮内缝合乳腺癌改良根治术与常规切口改良根治术治疗乳腺癌的临床效果；方法选择我院2014年1月至2015年1月收治的乳腺癌患者50例，将其随机分成实验组和对照组各25例，对照组患者给予常规切口改良根治术治疗，实验组患者给予小切口皮内缝合乳腺癌改良根治术治疗，对两组患者的临床效果进行对比分析；结果实验组患者的切口长度显著优于对照组患者，但是手术时间却显著长于对照组患者，两者比较差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）；在淋巴结清扫数量和术中出血量等指标方面两组患者比较差异无统计学意义（P>0.05）。结论在对乳腺癌患者进行治疗时，小切口皮内缝合乳腺癌改良根治术的切口小、临床效果显著，对于乳腺癌患者的身心恢复更加有利。%Objective compare and analyze clinical effect to treat breast cancer by modified radical operation of intrader-mic suture for small incision and regular incision operation. Method choose 50 cases bread cancer patients received in our hospital during Jan, 2014 and Jan, 2015, and divide them into experimental group and control group randomly, and 25 cases in each. Apply regular incision modified radical treatment for control group and modified radical operation intradermic suture for small incision for experimental group, compare and analyze clinical effect of both groups. Result incision length of experi-mental group patients is remarkably better than that of control group, but operation duration is much longer than that of control group, difference between groups shows statistics meaning(P<0.05), but for index of lymph node dissection numbers and bleed-ing amount during operation, difference between groups shows no statistics meaning(P>0.05). Conclusion treating breast can-cer by modified radical operation of intradermic suture for small incision shows better clinical effect for its small incision and is beneficial to physical and mental recovery of breast cancer patients.
