目的：评价Vitapex糊剂在年轻恒牙根尖诱导成形术中的临床应用效果。方法：选取牙根未完全发育完成的年轻恒牙106颗，共计92例，按照随机数字表法将所有恒牙分为2组：研究组（n=55）恒牙采用Vitapex糊剂进行根尖诱导成形；对照组（n=51）恒牙给予氢氧化钙糊剂进行根尖诱导成形。记录两组少儿术后7 d内疼痛发生率，术后2年进行随访并比较两种糊剂的疗效成功率。结果：与对照组比较，研究组少儿术后7d内疼痛发生率明显降低（P<0.05）。与对照组（76.09%）比较，研究组疗效成功率（93.75%）明显升高（P<0.05）。结论：Vitapex根管糊剂在年轻恒牙根尖诱导成形术中有较好的疗效，值得推广使用。%Objective: evaluation of Vitapex paste in young permanent effect of clinical application of apical induced plastic operation. Results:compared with the control group, the study group had children significantly lower incidence of postoperative pain within 7 d (P<0. 05) . And the control group ( 76. 09%) , re-search group rate (93. 75%) was significantly higher (P<0. 05) . Conclusions:young constant Vitapex paste in root canal apical induced plastic operation has a better effect, should be promoted.
