目的：探究和分析常规外科手术与腹腔镜手术治疗高龄胆结石的临床疗效。方法选择我院2011年1月份到2014年10月份接收的高龄胆结石患者52例患者为主要对象，随机分成对照组和实验组。对照组给予常规外科手术治疗，实验组给予腹腔镜手术治疗。观察和比较两组患者的治疗效果。结果在手术时间、住院时间、术后肠胃功能恢复时间、肛门排气时间、肝功能指标恢复时间比较上，实验组比对照组短，差异明显，P<0.05，提示有统计学意义；在术中出血量比较上，实验组比对照组少，差异明显，P<0.05，提示有统计学意义；在手术切口大小比较上，实验组比对照组短，差异明显，P<0.05，提示有统计学意义；在并发症发生率比较上，实验组比对照组低，差异明显，P<0.05，提示有统计学意义。结论采用腹腔镜手术对高龄胆结石患者进行治疗，创伤性低，安全性高，能够改善患者预后，值得普及。%Objective: clinical curative effect of treatment of senile cholelithiasis inquiry and analysis of conventional surgical operation and laparoscopic operation. Methods:our hospital from 2014 January to 2014 october received the elderly gallstone patients 52 patients as the main object, and were randomly divided into control group and experimental group. the control group was given conventional surgical operation treatment, the experimental group received the treatment of laparoscopic operation. to observe and compare the therapeutic effect of two groups of patients. Results:the operation time, hospitalization time, postoperative gastrointestinal function recovery time, anal exhaust time, the index of liver function recovery time comparison, the experimental group than in the control group of short, differences, P<0.05. Conclusion:in elderly patients with gallstone were treated by laparoscopic operation, low trauma, high safety, can improve the prognosis of patients, is worthy of popularization.
