小儿葡萄球菌性烫伤样皮肤综合症10例临床分析

Objective to discuss the clinical characteristics of Staphylococcal Scalded Skin Syndrome and summary the treatment experience.Methods to analyse the syndrome clinical manifestation,laboratory examination and treatment process of the 10 cases in our department from January 2015 to January 2016.Results to give sufficient and effective antibiotics and strengthen the local treatment when the disease is diagnosed,the majority of children could cure in 7-14 days.Conclusion s Staphylococcal Scalded Skin Syndrome is a severe infectious skin disease.The early diagnosis, timely and reasonable use of antibiotics is the key to the treatment of the disease,and it can reduce the complications.Most patients can become better after cure.%目的：探讨小儿金黄色葡萄球菌性烫伤样皮肤综合征的临床特点，总结治疗经验。方法对我科2015年1月至2016年1月收治的10例金黄色葡萄球菌性烫伤样皮肤综合征患儿的临床表现、实验室检查及治疗过程进行分析。结果本病一经确诊，即给予足量、有效的抗生素，加强局部治疗，多数患儿在7~14天内治愈。结论金黄色葡萄球菌性烫伤样皮肤综合征是一种重症感染性皮肤疾病，早期诊断、及时、合理使用抗生素治疗是治疗本病的关键，且减少并发症，大多愈后良好。
