甲亢患者术后并发症的临床分析及临床护理体会

摘要

Objective To analyze the possible complications of hyperthyroidism patients, and to explore effective nursing strategies. Methods 40 patients with hyperthyroidism who received treatment in our hospital from August 2014 to August were randomly selected to participate in the study. The possible complications after operation were analyzed, and the pertinent nursing measures were carried out. Results dyspnea and asphyxia, laryngeal nerve injury and recurrent laryngeal nerve injury were the main complications, 40 cases of patients with no death in 1 cases. Conclusion in time to find patients with postoperative complications and give effective targeted care, can promote the recovery of patients, to avoid the death of patients.%目的：分析甲亢患者术后可能出现的并发症，探讨有效的护理对策。方法随机选择2014年8月-2015年8月在本院接受治疗的甲亢患者40例参与研究，对患者术后可能出现的并发症情况进行分析，针对性的实施护理措施。结果呼吸困难和窒息、喉上神经损伤、喉返神经损伤是主要的并发症，40例患者经过有效护理没有1例死亡。结论及时发现患者术后并发症并给予有效的针对性护理，能够促进患者恢复，避免患者死亡。
