妇产科护理安全隐患分析及防范管理

摘要

Objective This paper analyzed the security hidden danger of obstetrics and gynecology hospital, and put forward the solution, in order to improve nursing effect. Methods In our hospital from Jan. to Dec. 2011 obstetrics and gynecology, 4380 cases of hospitalized patients as the research data, analysis to discuss the nursing safety problems of obstetrics and gynaecology easily, puts forward solutions to the problems found.ResultsThrough the implementation of effective measures, the incidence of nursing safety signiifcantly decreased, ensures that the patient’s in hospital, improve the effect of the nursing, patient’s satisfaction is higher. Conclusion Prevention of gynecology and obstetrics nursing safety hidden trouble, improve the quality of nursing care, nurses need to continue to improve their professional level, attaches great importance to the nursing security hidden danger happening, effective nursing measures for patients, to ensure the safety of the patients go to a doctor.%目的：本文对医院妇产科的安全隐患进行分析，并提出了解决的办法，以提高护理效果。方法以本院妇产科2011年1月至12月收治的4380例住院患者作为研究资料，分析探讨妇产科容易产生的护理安全隐患，对发现的问题提出解决方法。结果通过有效措施的实施，护理安全隐患的发生率显著下降了，确保了患者的住院安全，提高了护理效果，患者的满意度较高。结论预防妇产科护理安全隐患、提高护理质量，需要护士不断提高自己的专业水平，重视护理安全隐患的发生情况，为患者实施有效的护理对策，确保患者的安全就医。
