目的：研究老年慢性病患者进行养生保健对控制其病情的效果。方法选取130例患有高血压、糖尿病、冠心病等慢性疾病的老年患者作为研究对象。将这130例患者按照就诊时间分为观察组和对照组，每组各65例患者。两组患者均采取相应的对症治疗措施。观察组患者在对症治疗基础上进行养生保健指导，并对这两组患者病情改善情况及生活质量改善情况进行评价分析。结果观察组患者病情的总缓解率、生活质量的评分均明显高于对照组，差异显著（P＜0.05），具有统计学意义。结论对老年慢性病患者在治疗过程中开展养生保健指导，能对其病情控制及生活质量的提高起到促进作用，此方法值得在临床中推广应用。%ABSTRACT:ObjectiveTo study the effect of health care for elderly patients with chronic diseases on the control of the disease. Methods130 cases of elderly patients with hypertension,diabetes,coronary heart disease and other chronic diseases were selected as the research objects.The 130 patients were divided into observation group and control group,65 cases in each group.Two groups of patients were taken the corresponding symptomatic treatment measures.Patients in the observation group were treated with health care guidance on the basis of symptomatic treatment,and the situation of the two groups of patients with improved condition and quality of life were evaluated and analyzed.ResultsThe total remission rate and quality of life of the patients in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group, the difference was significant(P<0.05),which was statistically significant.Conclusion In the treatment of elderly patients with chronic diseases to carry out health care guidance,can improve the effect of controlling the disease and quality of life, this method is worthy of clinical application.
