信息化建设在我院门诊中药房应用

摘要

目的：为医院门诊中药房信息化建设提供参考。方法对中草药的调配模式、发药模式、煎药模式、中药房管理模式进行信息化建设。结果中药房信息系统的上线标志使中药房从手工化走向信息化，减少病人等待配药时间，减少中草药配发出错率，提高了工作效率。结论门诊中药房信息化让每剂中药可追溯、精细管理，不管是临床工作模式还是管理上都更加科学，更加合理，值得推广。%ABSTRACT:ObjectiveTo provide a reference for the hospital outpatient TCM pharmacy information. Methods Chinese herbal medicine mixing mode, the medicine pattern, tisanes model, TCM pharmacy management mode in information construction. Results the TCM pharmacy online signs TCM pharmacy information system enables pharmacy from manual to informatization, and dispensed to reduce patients waiting time, reduce the Chinese herbal medicine with error rate, improve the working efficiency.Conclusion Chinese medicine clinic TCM pharmacy information for each agent can trace, no matter work mode and management more scientific, more reasonable, careful management, it is worth promoting.
