低阻抗意念导入疗法治疗分离性障碍（昏睡）1例

摘要

Dissociative disorder is a kind of mental disorders,which caused by mental factors,and charactered by loss of normal integration of memory,identity consciousness,sensation,and body motion control.The most patients have histrionic per-sonality,and high suggestibility.The article introduce a case of dissociaative disorder,and main symptom is lethargy.We treated her by TIP,and had good curative effect.%分离性障碍是一类由精神因素引起的，以部分或完全丧失了对过去的记忆、身份意识、感觉以及身体运动控制四个方面的正常整合为特征的一类精神障碍。患者通常有表演性人格特征，且受暗示性高。本文介绍1例以昏睡为主要表现的分离性障碍病例，并且通过低阻抗意念导入疗法中暗示，对比领悟技术治疗，得到良好疗效。
