交互式经颅磁刺激功能磁共振成像技术进展述评

             

摘要

Based on the principle of electromagnetic induction, transcranial magnetic stimulation (TMS) could non-invasively stimulate the cerebral cortex, and change the blood oxygen level in the stimulation site and in the brain areas structurally or functionally connected with the stimulation site. Interleaved transcranial magnetic stimulation functional magnetic resonance imaging (TMS-fMRI) may help researchers observe the real-time neural excitability and inhibition in the TMS stimulation site and functionally connected regions. This paper was to review and observe the progress of TMS-fMRI and its application in clinical and scientiifc researches.%经颅磁刺激(TMS)利用电磁感应原理非侵入性地刺激大脑皮层,从而改变刺激部位及与该部位存在结构和功能连接的远端脑区的血氧水平。交互式经颅磁刺激功能磁共振成像技术(TMS-fMRI)能实时观察到TMS脉冲刺激对这些脑区神经活动的兴奋或抑制情况。本文对交互式经颅磁刺激功能磁共振成像的技术进展进行评述。
