中医药防治糖尿病足的研究进展

摘要

中医药治疗糖尿病足(DF)颇具特色,疗效显著且费用较低,近年来已得到广泛重视.本文查阅收集中国知网中近五年国内相关的文献资料,综述中医药治疗DF的临床应用及其各自的优点,从辨证分期、辨证分型、内治法、外治法等方面概述中医药防治DF的最新研究进展及存在的问题.%Traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) in the treatment of diabetic foot (DF) is quite characteristic,which has relatively low cost and remarkable curative effect.It offers an alternative approach for clinical DF treatment.This review collects the related literature from CNKI of nearly five years,to summarize the advantages of TCM in DF treatment.It also describes the latest progress of TCM in the prevention and treatment of DF including the differentiation of symptoms and signs by stages,differentiation of symptoms and the signs for classification of syndrome,the intemal and external treatment.
