血压波动对脑血管病的影响及其对血压波动的管理

摘要

高血压病是导致脑血管病的主要危险因素,近年来我国高血压患病率明显增高,脑血管病的发病率也随之增加.为了更有效的预防脑血管病的发生,应加强对血压的管理,重点是对血压的波动进行管理.%Hypertension is the main risk factor for cerebrovascular disease. Recent years, as the prevalence rate of hypertension increases significantly in China, the incidence rate of cerebrovascular disease tends to increase as well. In order to prevent the occurrence of cerebrovascular disease more effectively, we should strengthen the management of blood pressure especially the fluctuation of blood pressure.
