从中医气血理论探析“脑心同治”

摘要

中医“气血理论”是中医基础理论的重要组成部分，该理论认为气血具有紧密联系，气血调和维持人体正常生理状态，气血虚，气机不畅，血运受阻是“气血失和”的病理表现。以气血为基础，心与脑在生理与病理上紧密相连，心脑疾病往往具有相同的发病机制，基于此，“脑心同治”的提出既体现了“异病同治”的科学内涵，也是气血理论的具体应用，为心脑疾病的防治策略提供了指导和新思路。%Qi and blood theory is one of important contents of basic theories of TCM.It argues that coordination between qi and blood is the normal physiological condition of the human body.Deficiency of qi and blood,blocked qi activity and blood circulation is the state of pathology of qi and blood disorder.qi-blood,heart and brain are closely related in physiology and pathology.So the principle of treating heart and brain simultaneously was established.It contributes a lot to the theory of treating different diseases by the same therapeutic principles.At the same time,it provides new strategies for prevention and control of cardio-cerebrovascular disease.
