经方治愈严重失眠采撷

摘要

This paper describes the clinical experience on treating severe insomnia by applying classical prescription.The author point-ed out that the key of applying classical prescription was paying attention to the classic texts,prescription-syndrome differentiation,using the original prescription and the original amount.The Egg yolk was indispensable when Huang-lian-e-jiao formula was used for treatment of insomnia.Suan-zao-ren needed to in large dosage when Suan-zao-ren formula was used for treatment of insomnia.%本文叙述了作者运用经方治疗严重失眠的临床体会与心得，指出运用经方，关键是要着眼于经方的经典原文，注重方证辨证，尽量用原方原量，运用黄连阿胶汤治疗失眠，原方中的鸡子黄不可缺少；运用酸枣仁汤治疗失眠，酸枣仁一定要大剂量（仲景本源剂量）。
