左金香连汤加味配合三联疗法治疗幽门螺旋杆菌性胃炎的临床观察

摘要

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of modified Zuojin Xianglian decoction with triple therapy in treating Helicobacter pylori gastritis.Methods:Two hundred patients with H.pylori gastritis were randomly divided into treatment group (n=100)and con-trol group (n=100).The control group gave patients triple therapy for eradication of Helicobacter pylori,and treatment group applied extra Zuojin Xianglian decoction except from triple therapy.The treatment course was 2 weeks,after which,main symptoms and recur-rence of the two groups were observed.Results:The treatment group and the control group had no significant difference in therapeutic effect (P>0.05 );the main symptoms improvement in treatment group was significantly better than that of the control group (P<0.05 ).Conclusion:integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine has good curative effect for treatment of Helicobacter pylori gastritis,particularly in improving clinical symptoms.%目的：观察左金香连汤加味配合三联疗法治疗幽门螺旋杆菌性胃炎的临床疗效。方法：将200例幽门螺旋杆菌性胃炎患者随机分为治疗组、对照组各100例。对照组给予幽门螺旋杆菌根治三联疗法治疗，治疗组在三联疗法治疗的基础上加用加味左金香连汤。以2周为1个疗程，1个疗程结束后，观察2组的疗效、主要症状改善及复发情况。结果：治疗组与对照组疗效差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）；治疗组主要症状的改善明显优于对照组（P＜0.05）。结论：中西医结合治疗幽门螺旋杆菌性胃炎具有较好疗效，尤其在改善临床症状方面疗效显著。
