丹参多酚酸盐在矽肺合并肺心病急性发作期的疗效观察

摘要

目的：观察丹参多酚酸盐治疗矽肺合并慢性肺源性心脏病急性发作期的疗效。方法：将78例患者随机分为治疗组39例和对照组39例，两组均予以吸氧、抗感染、解痉平喘、祛痰止咳等综合治疗，治疗组在上述基础上加用注射用丹参多酚酸盐200 mg缓慢静滴，1次/d，14 d为1个疗程。结果：治疗组临床疗效的总有效率优于对照组（P＜0.01），治疗组血流变学、血气分析、心肌酶学各项指标明显改善（ P＜0.01）。结论：丹参多酚酸盐能改善煤工矽肺并发肺心病的血液动力学，改善患者缺氧状态，同时可以对患者心肌酶学异常情况进行有效纠正，对其心肺功能进行有效的改善，值得推广。%Objective:To observe the effect of salvianolic acids on patients of coal worker ’ s pneumoconiosis complicated with chronic pulmonary disease in acute period .Methods:Seventy-eight patients with coal worker ’ s pneumoconiosis complicated with chronic pul-monary were randomly assigned into treatment group ( n=39 ) and control group ( n=39 ) .Salvianolic acids were taken orally by pa-tients in treatment group , and the control group gave patients conventional treatment of western medicine .The treatment course was 14 days.Results:Compared with control group , the clinical manifestation ,blood hemorrheology , arteria blood gases and cardiac enzymes were improved evidently in treatment group ,the difference was statistically significant ( P<0.05 ) .Conclusion:Salvianolic acids is ef-fective in treating coal worker ’ s pneumoconiosis complicated with chronic pulmonary disease in acute period .
