二陈汤合三子养亲汤治疗慢阻肺急性加重期疗效观察

摘要

目的：观察二陈汤合三子养亲汤治疗慢阻肺急性加重期（痰湿壅肺证）的临床疗效。方法：将临床确诊为慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重期（痰湿壅肺证）的患者，按照就诊顺序随机分为治疗组和对照组，对照组给予注射用头孢呋辛钠、多索茶碱注射液、溴己新注射液、布地奈德福莫特罗粉吸入剂等治疗，治疗组在上述治疗基础上给予中药二陈汤合三子养亲汤口服，1剂／d，分2次服用，总疗程12 d。2组患者在治疗前及治疗后12 d进行症状积分、肺功能指标改善、有效率、白细胞、中性粒细胞百分比等方面进行评价，并观察不良反应。结果：2组患者治疗后症状较治疗前均有所改善（P＜0.05），但治疗组在各指标方面改善更为明显（ P＜0.05）。结论：二陈汤合三子养亲汤治疗慢阻肺急性加重期（痰湿蕴肺证）疗效显著，值得临床应用。%Objective:To observe the clinical efficacyof Erchen Decoction and Sanziyangqin Decoction on the treatment of acute exacerbation of COPD ( syndrome of phlegm-damp affecting the lung ) .Methods:There were 140 cases of acute exacerbation of COPD ( syndrome of phlegm-damp affecting the lung ) dividing into the treatment group and the control group ,according to their reg-istration order .The control group were given cefuroxime sodium injection andDoxofylline Injection ,Bromhexine injection ,and inha-lation of Budesonide/Fomoterol .TheTreatment group were based on the above treatment as well asthe Erchen Decoction and Sanziy -angqin Decoction,1 dose per day providing 2 servings.The total course of treatment was 12 d.The symptom score,improvement of lung function index ,efficiency,white blood cell and neutrophil percentage before and after 12 d of were evaluated to observe the ad-verse reactions.Results:The health condition of two groups were improved after treatment (P<0.05).However,in the treatment group,the improvement of the indicators was more obvious (P<0.05).Conclusion:Erchen Decoction and Sanziyangqin Decoction had significant effect on the treatment of acute exacerbation of COPD ( syndrome of phlegm-damp affecting the lung ) and were wor-thy for clinical application .
