中医补中益气法调治气虚质老年原发性高血压80例临床观察

摘要

目的:观察补中益气法治疗气虚体质老年原发性高血压患者的临床疗效.方法:选取自2015年6月至2016年6月于抚顺市中医院心内科诊治的气虚质的气虚证老年原发性高血压病例80例,随机分为试验组和对照组,其中对照组40例,采用常规口服β受体阻滞剂的方法,试验组40例,在对照组基础上采用口服中药,观察2组患者的治疗前后血压、症候疗效、肱踝脉搏波传导速度(baPWV)及踝臂指数(ABI)变化情况.结果:试验组血压控制情况、症候疗效、baPWV及ABI优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论:中医补中益气法调治气虚体质老年性原发性高血压安全有效,值得推广使用.%Objective:To discuss the clinical effect of Middle-Tonifying Qi-Replenishing method in treating aged patients with essential hypertension and qi deficiency.Methods:A total of 80 aged patients with essential hypertension with qi deficiency from June 2015 to June 2016 in the Department of Cardiology of Fushun Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine were randomly divided into experimental group and control group.The 40 cases in the control group were treated with conventional methods of oral beta blocker method,the experimental group′s 40 patients were treated with Middle-Tonifying Qi-Replenishing method on the basic of control group′s treatment.The blood pressure,symptoms curative effect,brachial ankle pulse wave velocity(baPWV)and Ankle brachial index(ABI) changes were observed in the two groups.Results:The values of the blood pressure,symptoms curative effect,baPWV and ABI of the experimental group were significantly better than the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion:It is safe and effective to treat patients with essential hypertension with Middle-Tonifying Qi-Replenishing Decoction,which is worthy of clinical practice.
