Objective:To determine the chemical constituents of volatile oil from Semen Myristicae,and preliminarily recognize the material basis of antidepressant effect of Semen Myristicae.Methods:GC-MS method was used to analyze the chemical components of volatile oil from Semen Myristicae and serum and brain samples of the chronic unpredictable mild stress model administration group rats.Results:A total of 30 compounds were identified in the volatile oil of Semen Myristicae,and 8 compounds were identi-fied in the serum in model administration group rats including á-pinene,α-Phellandrene,?-Asarone,Terpinen-4-ol,Safrole,Myristi-cin C-Asarone.6 compounds including α-Phellandrene,o-Cymene,Terpinen-4-ol,Safrole,Myristicin,?-Asarone were detected in brain tissue.Conclusion:The antidepressant activity of Semen Myristicae may be the combined effects of a variety of substances, and chemical composition of the key active ingredient may be through the blood -brain barrier into brain tissue:alpha-Phellandrene, o-Cymene,Terpinen-4-ol,Safrole,Myristicin,C-Asarone.%目的:检测肉豆蔻挥发油β-CD包合物所含化学成分,并初步认识肉豆蔻抗抑郁作用的物质基础.方法:利用GC-MS法对肉豆蔻挥发油β-CD包合物进行化学成分检测以及对慢性温和不可预知应激抑郁模型给药组的大鼠血清、大脑进行生物样本分析.结果:在肉豆蔻挥发油β-CD包合物中共指认30种化合物,在慢性温和不可预知应激抑郁模型给药组大鼠的血清中指认了α-蒎烯(à-Pinene、á-pinene)、α-水芹烯(α-Phellandrene)、?-萜烯(?-Terpinene)、4-萜烯醇(Terpinen-4-ol)、黄樟醚(Safrole)、肉豆蔻醚(Myristicin)、?-细辛醚(?-Asarone)共8种化合物,在脑组织中指认了α-水芹烯(α-Phellan-drene)、o-伞花烯(o-Cymene)、4-萜烯醇(Terpinen-4-ol)、黄樟醚(Safrole)、肉豆蔻醚(Myristicin)、?-细辛醚(?-Asarone)共6种化合物.结论:肉豆蔻抗抑郁活性可能是多种物质综合作用的结果,其关键活性成分可能为透过血脑屏障而进入脑组织的化学成分:α-水芹(α-Phellandrene)、o-伞花烯(o-Cymene)、4-萜烯醇(Terpinen-4-ol)、黄樟醚(Safrole)、肉豆蔻(Myristi-cin)、?-细辛醚(?-Asarone).
