超声辅助复乳法制备多孔海藻酸钠/羟基磷灰石复合微球的研究

             

摘要

Porous sodium alginate/hydroxyapatite(SA/HAP)microspheres were prepared by a multiple emulsion method assisted by ultrasonic.With uniform size and irregular nano-pores of porous SA/HAP microspheres were pre-pared by adj usting the factors of reaction temperature and time.The obtained microspheres were characterized using XRD,IR,SEM and TEM.The experiment parameters of temperature and time on the product composition and mor-phology were studied.Results showed that the optimal temperature was 25 ℃ and the reaction time was 24 hours.The prepared composite microspheres deposited with nano HAP particles in SA porous gel structure showed the graded structure and have an average diameter of 0.4~1μm.These porous SA/HAP microspheres with an internal cavity are promising candidates for filler of skeletal defects.%采用超声辅助复乳法制备多孔海藻酸钠/羟基磷灰石(SA/HAP)复合微球,通过调节反应温度和时间,获得了粒径分布均匀、形貌规则,具有多孔结构的微球,采用 XRD、IR、SEM、TEM对微球进行了表征,探讨了实验条件对产物成分及形貌的影响。结果表明:适宜的合成条件为:反应温度25℃,反应时间24 h,在此条件下制备的产物为球形粒子,粒径分布在0.4~1μm之间,尺寸比较均一,每个微球内部为掺有 H AP 纳米粒子的 SA多孔凝胶粒,外壳以 H AP包覆层为主。这种多孔复合微球在骨组织修复方面具有应用前景。
