高吸水树脂对混凝土性能影响的研究现状

         

摘要

高吸水树脂内含亲水性基团可以快速结合大量自由水,保水能力强,并且具有很好的释水能力,作为新型内养护材料相对于饱水轻集料养护具有非常明显的优势,掺量小、养护效果明显。使用预吸水高吸水树脂作为内养护剂掺入混凝土中可以十分显著地减少低水灰比混凝土构件的塑性收缩、自收缩和干缩;同时,由于高吸水树脂可以优化混凝土的孔结构,因此其抗冻性耐久性得到了提高;另外,由于引入额外的养护水导致超吸水树脂对混凝土力学性能有一定影响,但是目前尚未得到一致的结论。最后该文探讨了高吸水树脂内养护的使用方法和掺量,提出了其目前使用过程中存在的问题,并对其未来的研究方向进行了展望。%Super-absorbent polymers containing hydrophilic groups can absorb a large amount of water.Both its wa-ter-retention and water-release capacity is very well.Super-absorbent polymers outperform the lightweight aggregate evidently as internal curing materials:smaller mixing amount and better curing effect.Super-absorbent polymers as ad-mixtures can mitigates the autogenous shrinkage,self-desiccation and plastic shrinkage of the low water-cement ratio concrete effectively.Meanwhile,because super-absorbent polymers can optimize the pore structure of the concrete,so that the frost resistance durability is improved.Moreover super-absorbent polymers have an undefined influence on the mechanical properties of the concrete because of the adj unction of the extra curing water.At last,this paper disscusses the use of super-absorbent polymers,puts forward the existing problems and forecasts the prospect of research direc-tions.
