环氧聚合物混凝土力学性能分析

         

摘要

开发出一种环氧聚合物混凝土以用于钢桥面铺装层早期病害修复.按AC-10和AC-5两个级配设计环氧聚合物混凝土并开展力学性能评价,分析了其抗压强度和抗折强度形成规律.试验结果表明4 h抗压强度可以达到4 MPa,达到开放交通的要求.三点弯曲试验证实环氧聚合物混凝土在常温下抗弯拉强度大于20 MPa,低温-18 ℃最大弯拉应变大于2 000 μm/m,表现出良好的柔韧性,适用于钢桥面大变形要求.%An epoxy polymer concrete was developed for the repairing of early disease of steel bridge deck surfacings.Two gradations including AC-10 and AC-5 were designed and the mechanical properties of epoxy polymer concrete were researched.The development of the compressive strength and flexural strength was investigated and found that the strength after 4 h was up to 4 MPa, which fully meet the requirements for opening to traffic.Three point bending test showed that the bending tensile fracture strength at room temperature was larger than 20 MPa, while the bending tensile fracture stain was larger than 2 000 μm/m.This indicated epoxy polymer concrete had good flexibility, which allowed following the large deformation of steel bridge decks.
