In situ hydrophobizing agent on the basis of native epoxide, comprises: epoxidized fatty acid ester compound (I), or alkoxylated form of epoxidized fatty acid ester-ether compound (II), as a precursor substance, where (I) is formed by crosslinking polyether-ester or polycarboxylic acid polyester-ester with high crosslinking thickness, under UV-radiation. In situ hydrophobizing agent on the basis of native epoxide comprises: epoxidized fatty acid ester compound of formula (I), or alkoxylated form of epoxidized fatty acid ester-ether compound of formula (II), as a precursor substance, where (I) is formed by crosslinking polyether-ester or polycarboxylic acid polyester-ester with high crosslinking thickness, under UV-radiation.
