HUST控制器在数控制榫机控制系统上的应用

         

摘要

In this paper, according to the traditional tenoning has many problem, such as:its flexibility is relatively poor, it need a variety of equipment and a lot of tools, molds, jigs, and its machining accuracy is not high, processing efficiency is low, workers’ labor intensity is high. Combined with HUST controller can provide multiple interfaces to peripheral devices, and it has the advantages of embedded PLC, multiple execution mode and control function, self diagnosis and error function. Based on HUST H2 Controller, it design the control system of NC Tenoner to achieve automation processing for multiple tenons, including cross waist round tenon, vertical waist round tenon, round tenon, square tenon and so on.%  本文针对传统制榫方式存在的灵活性比较差,需要各种设备及大量的工装、模具、夹具,以及加工精度不高,加工效率低,工人劳动强度高等问题,结合HUST控制器能够提供多种接口与外围设备相连接,且具有内嵌式PLC、多种执行模式和控制功能、自我诊断及错误提示功能等优点,设计出了基于HUST H2控制器的数控制榫机控制系统,实现了横腰圆榫、竖腰圆榫、圆榫、方榫等多榫形加工过程的自动化。
