为给板栗优良品种选育提供参考,以北方板栗品种“燕龙”、“燕山红栗”为父本,云南板栗品种“云富”、“云良”、“永丰1号”为母本进行授粉试验,探讨板栗花粉直感效应在板栗内在品质的表现.结果表明,可溶性总糖含量呈现出明显的花粉直感效应;在支链淀粉的含量上,由于供试北方板栗品种与云南板栗品种没有明显的区别,各授粉组合在支链淀粉含量上没有呈现明显的规律性.含水率在同一种授粉组合中不同年份含量的不同与成熟度和气候条件有关以“永丰1号”、“云良”和“云富”为母本,以北方板栗品种“燕山红栗”、“燕龙”为父本的授粉组合,其果实可溶性总糖含量均在20%以上,支链淀粉含量在40%以上和直链淀粉在10%以上.%In order to provide reference for breeding fine varieties of Castanea mollissima, cross-pollination experiment was carried out, taking chestnut varieties of Yanlong and Yanshan from northern China as male parents and Yunfu, Yunliang and Yongfeng No.l from Yunnan as female parents, and performance of metaxenia effect on nut inherent quality in C. mollissima. The results show that total soluble sugar content presents obviously metaxenia effect. Mylopectin content in Chestnut varieties from northern China has no significant difference with that from Yunnan, so mylopectin content in the pollination combinations has no obvious regularity. Water content in the same pollination combination of different years has relations with maturation degree and climate condition. In the pollination combinations taking chestnut varieties of Yanshan and Yanlong from northern China as male parents and Yongfeng No.l, Yunliang and Yunfu as female parents, total soluble sugar contents are all more than 20%, mylopectin contents are more than 40% and amylose contents are more than 10%.
