不同温度处理对漆蜡酸值的影响

摘要

In order to provide a reference for deep development and utilization of lacquer wax,effects of six temperature treatments on acid value of lacquer wax were researched.The results indicate that the acid values of lacquer wax have significant differences under different temperature treatments (P ＜ 0.01).The acid value of lacquer wax under the treatment of 150 ℃ has significant differences with the treatments of 100,120,130 and 140 ℃.The acid value of lacquer wax is higher in general at 150 ℃ and shows a declining trend with heating time prolonged.The acid value of lacquer wax is lower in general at 120 ℃.%为给漆蜡的深度开发利用提供参考,研究了6种不同温度处理对漆蜡酸值的影响,结果表明不同温度处理下漆蜡酸值存在差异,且差异达极显著水平(P＜0.01).处理温度150℃与100、120、130、140℃处理对漆蜡酸值影响均存在显著性差异.150℃时,酸值整体较高,且随时间的延长呈递减趋势.120℃时,酸值整体较低.
