光质对‘Flavortop’油桃果实着色及品质的影响

     

摘要

为筛选适宜油桃套袋的光质类型,以着色完全的油桃品种‘Flavortop’的果实为材料,用白、红、黄、蓝、绿共5种不同颜色的滤光膜制作成不同光质果袋,研究了不同光质对油桃果实着色及品质的影响。结果表明:与对照相比,不同光质果袋均未显著影响单果质量、带皮硬度和去皮硬度,但均显著降低了果皮花色素苷、叶绿素、类胡萝卜素、类黄酮、总酚含量和果肉可溶性固形物、总糖及其组分、总酸、奎尼酸、苹果酸含量及糖酸比;套白袋的果实亮度值显著降低但a/b显著升高,其他光质果袋处理的亮度值、黄色饱和度、色饱和度、色调角均显著升高而a/b显著降低。与对照相比,白袋处理的果实内在品质虽有所下降,但果面着色程度高,且可溶性固性物含量、糖酸比等指标与其他处理相比下降程度小,综合品质较好。在长江中下游地区的油桃生产上宜选择白色果袋以改善果实的综合品质。%In order to choose suitable light wave for peach fruit bagging, taking integral coloring fruits in‘Flavortop’ nectarine cultivar as materials, fruit bags were made of different color iflter iflms (white, red, yellow, blue and green), and effects of different light waves on fruit coloration and quality of nectarine were researched. The results show that the fruit bags of different light waves have no signiifcant effects on single fruit mass, ifrmness with peel and ifrmness without peel, but signiifcantly decrease sugar-acid ratio, the contents of peel anthocyanin, chlorophyll, carotenoid, flavonoids, total phenol, and soluble solid in flesh, total sugar and components, total acid, quinic acid, malic acid, compared with CK. Peel brightness of fruit bagged with white bag is signiifcantly decreased, but a/b value is signiifcantly increased, while peel brightness, yellowness, chroma, hue angle of fruit bagged with other color bags are signiifcantly increased and a/b value is signiifcantly decreased. Compared with CK, internal quality of fruit bagged with white bag is decreased slightly, but peel coloration degree is higher, and reduction degrees of soluble solid content, sugar-acid ratio are smaller than those in the other color bag treatments. Therefore, comprehensive quality of fruits bagged with white bag is good, and it is suitable for high quality nectarine production in the middle and lower reaches of Yangtze River.
