野生多穗柯主要活性成分及其含量变化

     

摘要

In order to take full advantage of wildLithocarpus ploystachyus resources, and to provide scientiifc basis for artiifcial orientation cultivation, wild L. ploystachyuswere sampled from Yutian, Bama, Debao and Napo of Guangxi, contents of phloridzin and trilobatin were high in the samples, and the two main active constituents were determined by HPLC method. The separation was carried out through a mobile phase consisting of 0.04% methanoic acid (72%) and acetonitrile (28%) at a flow rate of 0.8 mL/min. The detection wavelength was set at 285 nm. The results showed that the contents of phloridzin and trilobatin had good linear relationship. Content variation of the two main active constituents in tender and old leaves of the same L. ploystachyusplants from Guangxi had some regulars. The phloridzin content in old leaf was higher than that in tender leaf, and the trilobatin content in old leaf was great lower than in tender leaf. The total contents of phloridzin and trilobatin were higher in tender leaves of DB-26, TL-08 and BM-03 samples, and the contents were 21.73%,21.21% and 19.39%, respectively.%为了充分利用野生多穗柯资源,并对其人工定向培育提供科学依据,采用高效液相色谱法(HPLC),对广西田林、巴马、德保和那坡产的野生多穗柯中含量高且具有重要生物活性的根皮苷和三叶苷等指标进行测定。高效液相色谱条件为乙腈-0.04%甲酸(28∶72)等度洗脱,流速0.8 mL/min,检测波长285 nm。结果表明,根皮苷和三叶苷含量的线性关系良好。广西产的野生多穗柯,同一植株上的嫩叶和老叶中2种活性成分的含量变化具有一定的规律性:从嫩叶到老叶,根皮苷含量增加,三叶苷含量却大幅度下降;三叶苷和根皮苷总含量较高的3株多穗柯样品分别为DB-26、TL-08和BM-03的嫩叶,其总含量分别为21.73%、21.21%和19.39%。
