不同栽培条件下油用牡丹种子产量及含油率

         

摘要

To provide some theoretical basis and technical support for oil peony production,taking Paeonia ostii'Feng Dan' as the study object,this research had fixed-point observed changes of oil peony production under three different cultivation conditions of plain open-field cultivation,forests intercropping and drought and barren mountain open-field cultivation for four years, meanwhile, it studied impacts of different canopy densities on economic characteristics and oil content of oil peony fruit, and analyzed the main factors affected yield of oil peony. The results show that: under the cultivation conditions of plain open-field and privet forest with the canopy density 0.4,planting spacing 0.3 m×0.6 m, yields per unit area of P.ostii'Feng Dan'seed(water content 13%)were 2 920.5 and 1 854.0 kg/hm2respectively,in the forth year after planted;under the cultivation condition of drought and barren mountain open-field,planting spacing 0.5 m×0.6 m,yield per unit area of P.ostii'Feng Dan'seed(water content 13%)was 2 292.0 kg/hm2in the fifth year after planted. Under the conditions of planting spacing 0.3 m×0.6 m or 0.5 m×0.6 m, crown closure appeared in the forth year, and under this condition, annual yield of oil peony seed presented a declining trend year by year. The yield of oil peony seed under the condition of open-field cultivation was higher than that under forest intercropping.Under the condition of forest intercropping, the most suitable canopy density of arbor forests was 0.3, when canopy density of arbor forests reached 0.6, follicle quantity and average yield per unit area of oil peony planted for six years respectively declined by 44.96% and 42.78% compared with those under the condition of open-field cultivation. There was no significant difference among seed oil contents of oil peony planted in forests with different canopy densities,and the range of oil content was 19.5%-21.9%. Sustained raining during the full-bloom period could have a strong impact on the fruit-setting rate of oil peony.%为给油用牡丹生产提供理论依据,以凤丹牡丹为研究对象,连续4年定点观测了平原露地栽培、林下间作和旱薄山地露地栽培3种栽培条件下油用牡丹产量的变化情况,同时研究了不同郁闭度对林下间作的油用牡丹果实经济性状和含油率的影响,分析了影响油用牡丹产量的主要因素.结果表明:凤丹牡丹在平原露地和郁闭度0.4的女贞林下栽培,株行距0.3 m×0.6 m,栽后第4年,种子(含水量13%)单位面积产量分别为2920.5和1854.0 kg/hm2.凤丹牡丹在旱薄山地栽培,株行距0.5 m×0.6 m,栽后第5年,种子(含水量13%)单位面积产量2292.0 kg/hm2.株行距为0.3 m×0.6 m或 0.5 m×0.6 m时,凤丹牡丹栽后第4年即出现郁闭,牡丹植株达到郁闭后,油用牡丹种子年产量有逐年下降的趋势.露地栽培油用牡丹种子产量高于林下栽培.林下栽培时,乔木林郁闭度以0.3为最宜,乔木林郁闭度为0.6时,种植6 a的油用牡丹平均单株蓇葖果数量及平均单位面积产量分别比露地栽培下降44.96%和42.78%.不同郁闭度林下种植的油用牡丹种子含油率之间无显著差异,种子含油率范围为19.5%~21.9%.油用牡丹盛花期持续降雨会严重影响坐果率.
