护理干预在外阴癌患者中的效果评价

摘要

Objective: To evaluate the effect of nursing intervention on Application in radical surgery for patients with vulvar cancer. Methods:In 80 cases of vulvar carcinoma patients in our hospital as the research object, the patients underwent vulva cancer radical surgery,were randomly divided into control group and observation group, 40 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing care, observation group on the basis ofstrengthening the nursing intervention on the patients of two groups, to compare the complications. Results: The observation group patients complicated with postoperativewound dehiscence, infection, necrosis, vaginal stenosis, the ratio of urinary tract infectionand deep venous thrombosis of lower limb and so was significantly lower than the control group, there were statistically significant differences between groups ﹙P<0.05﹚.Conclusion: In patients with vulvar cancer radical probability of strengthening nursingintervention can effectively reduce the postoperative complications, promote the recovery of the patients after the operation of great significance.%目的：评价护理干预在外阴癌患者根治术中的应用效果。方法：以我院收治的80例外阴癌患者为研究对象，患者均行外阴癌根治术，随机分为对照组与观察组，每组各40例。对照组行常规护理，观察组则在此基础上加强护理干预，就两组患者术后并发症发生情况施以比较。结果：观察组患者术后并发伤口开裂、感染、坏死，阴道狭窄，泌尿道感染及下肢静脉血栓等的比率显著低于对照组，组间比较差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论：在外阴癌患者根治术中加强护理干预能有效降低术后并发症的发生几率，对促进患者术后康复意义重大。
