慢性支气管炎呼吸内科诊断及治疗效果探讨

摘要

Objective:To study the analysis of chronic bronchitis, respiratory medicine, diagnostic criteria and clinical effect. Methods:Our hospital respiratory medicine treated 100 cases of chronic bronchitis patients, randomly divided into two groups. The control group of 50 patients were given conventional solution treatment; Experimental group of 50 cases on the basis of the conventional scheme was given apply many maude oral liquid, compared the clinical efficacy of two groups of patients. Results:The patients clinical total effective rate was 94.00﹪, the control of the patient's clinical total effective rate was 64.00﹪. Conclusion:The leukocyte check, sputum examination and X-ray plain film detection are effective in the diagnosis of chronic bronchitis, respiratory medicine way of inspection.%目的：研究分析慢性支气管炎呼吸内科的诊断标准及临床效果。方法：选择本院呼吸内科收治的100例慢性支气管炎患者，随机分为两组。对照组50例患者给予常规方案治疗，实验组50例患者在给予常规方案治疗的基础上加用匹多莫德口服液，对比两组患者的临床疗效。结果：实验组患者的临床总有效率为94.00﹪，对照组患者的临床总有效率为64.00﹪。结论：白细胞检查、痰液检查以及X线平片检测均是有效诊断呼吸内科慢性支气管炎的检查方式。
