目的:探讨临床护理路径在慢性鼻窦炎鼻内镜手术中的护理效果.方法:选取本院2016年7月至2017年12月收治的50例慢性鼻窦炎患者,随机分为观察组与对照组,各组25例,对照组采用常规护理,观察组采用临床护理,治疗结束后比较两组患者对护理满意度和对慢性鼻窦鼻炎知识了解度.结果:观察组患者护理后临床各项评分均优于对照组患者;观察组患者护理满意率显著高于对照组患者,χ2=9.684,P=0.001;P＜0.05,差异具有统计学意义.结论:对慢性鼻窦炎患者采用临床护理路径,有利于提高患者对疾病相关知识的了解度,建立良好的护患关系.%Objective: To explore the nursing effect of clinical nursing pathway in the endoscopic sinus surgery for chronic sinusitis. Methods: 50 cases of chronic sinusitis patients in our hospital from July 2016～2017 year in December, were randomly divided into observation group and control group, 25 cases in each group, the control group with routine nursing, the observation group used clinical nursing, compared two groups of patients to nursing satisfaction and the knowledge of chronic rhinitis nasal sinus after treatment. Results: The clinical scores of patients in the observation group were better than those in the control group. The nursing satisfaction rate of patients in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group, χ2=9. 684, P=0. 001; P＜0. 05, the difference was statistically significant. Conclusion: The clinical nursing pathway for chronic sinusitis patients is helpful for improving patients' understanding of disease related knowledge and establishing good nurse patient relationship, which is worthy of further popularization and application.
