The mobile location technique is a value-added service developed with progress of mobile communivation technology. Due to the influence of None-Line-Of-Sight (NLOS), the performance of wireless networks location system drastically declines. The paper proposes a hybrid TDOA/AOA location algorithm, which could efficiently restrain the NLOS errors. Then, Simulation results show that this method could efficiently raise the location accuracy of wireless networks with the existence of NLOS errors .%移动设备定位技术是随着移动通信技术的进步而发展起来的增值业务。在非视距(NLOS)误差时,无线网络的目标定位性能急剧下降,提出一种针对NLOS误差的TDOA/AOA混合定位算法,并通过仿真结果证实,该方法在存在NLOS误差下能有效提高无线网络的目标定位精度。
