开放存取模式下的高校图书馆信息资源建设策略研究

摘要

开放存取是一种全新的信息共享模式。开放存取资源的数量在逐步增加，质量也不断提高。文章分析了开放存取给高校图书馆带来的影响，提出高校图书馆在开放存取环境下信息资源建设的策略。%Open access serves as a kind of brand-new information sharing mode.The quantity of open access resources is progressively increased, and the resources quality is also gradually improved.This study analyzed the impact of open access mode on our university libraries, and proposed the strategy of information resources construction under open access environment in the university libraries.
