With social progress and people's living standards improving, energy-saving emission is promoted in the whole world. Based on this, the idea of intelligent building has become a hot points, its construction work has also been greatly expanded, especially the electrical technology implication. At present, the electrical construction technology in intelligent building is still not perfect. In this paper, a series of problems in the process of intelligent building electrical construction and the corresponding solutions were proposed, in order to promote the faster development of the intelligent building.%由于社会的进步和人们生活水平的提高，在世界范围内提倡节能减排，因此，智能建筑的理念深得人心，其建设工作得到了很大的拓展，而电气技术在智能建筑建设中的作用也更加凸显。目前的智能建筑电气施工技术还不够完善，在很多方面依然存在不足，文章阐述了电气技术在智能建筑施工中的一系列问题，并就此提出了相应的解决措施，以促进智能建筑更快速地发展。
