近年来，为推动我国清洁能源战略实施发挥重要作用，我国以大型风电基地为主要形式的风电迅猛发展。但随着局部地区风电接入水平提高，风电消纳难题日益严峻。在资源不太丰富地区发展分散式风电、集中开发与分散开发并重，成为我国风电发展的新思路。本文结合我国分散式风电开发的思路与特点，借鉴国外分散式风电开发相关经验，研究促进我国分散式风电科学有序发展的政策措施。%In recent years, there has been very fast development in China in the form of large wind bases. It has played an important role in implementing the clean energy strategy in China. However, with high penetrations of wind power in part areas, wind power integration is becoming a critical challenge for wind power development. Therefore, Promoting decentralized wind power development in less rich wind areas has been proposed as future wind power development strategy along with large wind bases development. Considering the development strategy and characterisics of decentralized wind power in China, this paper references international experiences on decentralized wind power policies and studies policies to promote healthy decentralized wind power development in China.
