The granophyric defects of wind power steel plate were studied by analyzing the morphology,micro-structure and formation mechanism of the defects. Two kinds of secondary oxide scales on plate surface were observed, which are red oxide scales and gray oxide scales. The results indicate that the different structure of the two scales causes the granophyric defects after shot blasting. Through optimization of steel chemical composition,adjustment of reheating process,improvement of descaling nozzles and management of residual water between rolling passes,the amount of sur-face defects were significantly decreased.%针对风电钢板表面花斑缺陷问题,从缺陷形貌特征、微观组织及形成机理方面进行分析,结果表明缺陷系二次氧化铁皮的结构不同所致,相间的红色氧化铁皮和灰色氧化铁皮经抛丸后呈现凹凸不平的花斑缺陷。通过成分优化、加热调整、除鳞喷嘴改进以及道次间残留水控制,大幅度减少了表面花斑缺陷的发生。
