15MnNiNbDR 钢板的力学性能研究

摘要

The paper studies the mechanical properties of 15MnNiNbDR steel plate produced by Xianggang,de-scribes tensile test,cold bending test,series temperature impact test,strain aging,DWTT and CTOD test as well as the test for the effects of stress relief heat treatment on mechanical properties. The test results show that the comprehensive properties of 15MnNiNbDR steel plate produced by Xianggang are qualified,fully satisfying the requirements of spheri-cal tank for - 50 ℃ service.%对湘钢生产的15MnNiNbDR 钢板力学性能展开研究，重点进行了拉伸、冷弯、系列温度冲击、应变时效、无塑性转变温度落锤（DWTT）、断裂韧性裂纹尖端张开位移（CTOD）试验，同时进行了 SR 处理对钢板力学性能影响试验。试验结果表明：15MnNiNbDR 钢板的综合性能良好，完全满足-50℃低温球罐的制造需要。
