The relations of wetland park and urban wetland park, scenic site and wetland nature reserve, and the relations among the three major functions of wetland, were analyzed. The results showed: Larger differences were (bund between wetland park and urban wetland park in such aspects as competent authorities, management stakeholders, main functions, extent of protection, and funding sources, etc.. Also, the urban wetland park, whose competent authority is the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development, lacks the legitimacy in terms of administration. The protection intensity was stronger for wetland park than for scenic siie, but weaker than for wetland nature reserve.The utilization intensity was stronger for wetland park than for wetland nature reserve, but weakerprotection, science and education, and rational uses of resource. The system protection is the key function, and the three main functions facilitate among each other.%分析了湿地公园的几个关系,主要包括湿地公园与城市湿地公园之间的关系,湿地公园与风景名胜区、湿地自然保护区之间的关系,湿地公园三大功能之间的关系.结果表明:①湿地公园和城市湿地公园在主管部门、管理主体、客体、主导功能、保护程度和资金来源等方面都有较大不同,而且作为住房与城乡建设部主管的城市湿地公园缺乏行政合法性;②保护强度上,湿地公园大于风景名胜区小于湿地自然保护区;利用强度上,湿地公园大于湿地自然保护区小于风景名胜区;③湿地公园主要包括系统保护功能、科普宣教功能和资源合理利用功能,三大功能以系统保护功能为主导,相互促进.
