盐浓度和水分条件对芦苇生长影响的盆栽试验

             

摘要

在温室盆栽条件下,研究了盐浓度和水分条件对芦苇生长的影响,结果表明,盐浓度越低越有利于芦苇生长,随着盐浓度的增加,芦苇种子发芽率和幼苗高度降低,芦苇植株的叶绿素含量、淀粉含量、芦苇产量等生长指标也降低,而芦苇植株体内的Cl-含量却呈增加趋势。芦苇具有较高的抗盐能力,但盐浓度应控制在7‰以下,最高不能超过10‰,否则芦苇生长将会受到抑制,且土培试验较沙培试验对芦苇生长有一定的缓冲能力,抗盐性比沙培试验高。此外,在温度适宜和湿润条件下,芦苇根状茎发芽率高,苇芽不腐烂,苇芽生长较高,而在淹水条件下,芦苇根状茎发芽率低,苇芽腐烂,苇芽生长受到抑制,且温度越高腐烂率越高。%Effects of salt concentration and water condition on the Growth of Reed (Phragmites australis) were tested in greenhouse by pot experiment. The results showed that, lower salt concentrations were conducive to the growth of reed. With increase of salt concentration, germination rate of reed seeds and seedling height decreased, and the growth properties such as the chlorophyll content, starch content, the yield of reed also decreased, while the content of Cl- in reed plants was increased. This showed that the reed had a higher salt resistance. However, salt concentration should be controlled under 7‰, and never more than 10‰, otherwise, the reed growth will be inhibited. The soil culture medium had buffering capacity on the growth of reed and with a higher salt resistance compared to the sand culture medium. In addition, the rate of reed rhizomes germination was high, the reed bud didn’t decay and the growth of reed bud was higher at suitable temperature and in humid conditions. However, the rate of reed rhizomes germination was low, the reed bud decayed and the growth of reed bud was inhibited under inundation conditions. And reed bud decayed faster under higher temperature conditions.
